What is Hala Agent?

Hala Agent builds an AI chat agent that answers your customers from your own information: your files and your website pages.

It replies in Arabic and English, and says so when your information does not contain the answer instead of guessing.

Where does it work?

A chat window on your website, your Salla store, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram.

How do I start?

1) Sign in with Google or from the Hala app on Salla. 2) Create your agent. 3) Add its knowledge: upload files (PDF, Word, TXT, CSV and more) or add links from your site. 4) Test it in the playground. 5) Copy the widget snippet to your site or connect a channel.

Plans

Free: 0 SAR, 600 messages per month, no trial period.

Pro: 99 SAR per month or 990 SAR per year, 5,000 messages per month.

Enterprise: 299 SAR per month or 2990 SAR per year, 50,000 messages per month.

Salla merchants manage their subscription from the Salla app store.

Privacy

We do not allow model providers to use your conversations to train their models. Full details are in the privacy policy.
